So you've just arrived in Spawn City, what now?
First, it's important you know how to buy and sell items. In the city, you'll find many shops. Shops are chests with signs that have numbers and names on them.
The top line of the chest is the shop owner, the second line is how much you get when you buy once, the third line is the price, and the fourth line is the item the shop is selling.
To buy from a shop simply right click the sign. To sell to a shop, type /sell then right click the sign, you can switch back and forth between /buy mode and /sell mode.
NOTE:: If you buy from a shop and it doesn't appear in your inventory, open a chest or log out and log back in and it should reappear
Good! Now you know the basics of buying and selling from shops, now what about land?
Spawn City has a housing District that you can buy plots of land from for 10 coins each. If you would like to buy one, speak to Dirnol or olryanlo if they are on.
What if you want to build a house outside of Spawn City? It costs 100 coins to start a town outside of the city. Don't get intimidated by the word "Town" it's just a plot of land you can build your house on. Once you find a piece of land you like, stand on it and type /town new <town name>
Awesome! You have a town!
If you want to expand on your town, go to an area touching your current plot (IT MUST BE TOUCHING YOUR CURRENT TOWN) and type /town claim, it costs 25 coins per extra piece of land. Boom. You just expanded your empire.
If you want to add residents to you can type /town add <player name>
