I dont agree. Private world should be a very special thing that only those who are dedicated to donating to the server can get. And its collectively more then 30 bucks.
Keep in mind generating multiple worlds all at once pushes the server and uses up much more resources then just building on 1 server. If there is a significant amount of private maps, I would bet the server would see a bit of drop in performance. And nobody wants lag.
